Orders are packed under camera surveillance and double checked by myself. As agreed with the courier, please open your order on receipt in the presence of the courier and if anything is not in the included order, they will make a note and report back to us. If this is not followed NO responsibility will unfortunately be accepted by Baby Giggles. Faulty products will only be replace within 7 days of purchase.
